    1999年成立苏州昆山事务所，2000年成立中商企业管理开发信息有限公司（日系独资公司）2004年公司迁移至现住址，即昆山民营经济开发区，同时公司名称更为“昆山中商服装辅料有限公司”。公司设立当初，根据日本客户的希望，除印字部门外，主要进行商品外购，检品分选及运送等，目前在完善所有商品的最终加工，缩短检品时间的同时，致力于提高质量，降低成本增强相关竞争力。商品经营种类也超过200余种，在质量方面亦得到客户的好评。本公司从生产开始至出货配送为止全套流程均以日本质量要求为基准，全体员工时刻同心同德力争做到使客户满意。
